Great to meet you!

I help individuals navigate trauma, eating disorder recovery, and emotional challenges in a way that feels supportive and grounded. My background includes working in higher levels of care, which has shaped my understanding of how layered and complex healing can be. I bring a warm, relational approach and focus on creating a space where you feel understood and not alone. I integrate practical tools with deeper exploration to support meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, collaborative, and rooted in curiosity. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe enough to explore your inner world—your emotions, patterns, and the ways you’ve learned to cope. I integrate trauma-informed care with approaches like ACT, CBT, and IFS to support both insight and practical change. I often work with clients navigating trauma, eating disorders, and emotional challenges, helping them build self-trust, reconnect with themselves, and move toward a life that feels more aligned.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a gentle place to start—we’ll focus on getting to know you and what’s bringing you in. You don’t need to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin exploring what feels most important and what you’re hoping for, at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and a little less alone.
