Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 22 years of experience in the helping professions, working with individuals ages 16 to 85. I specialize in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and reparative attachment work within the therapeutic relationship. My approach is shaped by a diverse professional background—as a therapist, crisis worker, and advocate—and a culturally rich personal journey rooted in Hawai‘i and solo world travel. I’m passionate about helping clients move from surviving to thriving through personalized, holistic care.

My approach to therapy

I’ve spent much of my life deeply committed to the pursuit of healing, authentic connection, and courageous living—mind, body, and spirit. This personal journey fuels my passion for supporting others in doing the same. While I value the insight and support that talk therapy provides, I’ve found that it often has limitations, particularly when it comes to healing the deeper roots of trauma. Many of my clients engaged in traditional therapy for years without fully accessing the core of their pain—until they were introduced to EMDR. Through EMDR, they were finally able to move beyond long-standing blocks and begin building healthier relationships, cultivating deeper connections, and moving toward lives aligned with their true desires.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're new to therapy, a long-time client, or simply seeking a fresh perspective, I will meet you exactly where you are and support you in moving toward where you want to be. I view therapy as a collaborative process—one in which you are the expert of your own life. Together, we’ll tailor a treatment approach that aligns with your unique needs, goals, and strengths. I strive to offer compassionate support while also respectfully challenging you with warmhearted intention and soul-centered encouragement.

I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Please note: I do not accept EAP insurance.
