Great to meet you!

At times, life experiences can cause us to become deeply triggered. Especially when our reactions to these situations seem much larger than what is warranted in our present day life. I would like to support you through this inward journey of self-reflection and contemplation to become more conscious of repeated patterns in order to create greater healing within the mind, body, and spirit.

Since 2005, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings, including not-for-profit organizations, inpatient units, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice.

In addition to my clinical work, I have taught undergraduate students pursuing careers in psychology, social work, and related fields.

My approach to therapy

My approach is utilizing a psychodynamic theoretical perspective, as well as some somatic work, attachment theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

I have extensive experience supporting individuals navigating severe trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, and personality disorders. I value the integration of mindfulness techniques, helping clients learn to stay present during difficult experiences and build healthier ways of managing emotions and thoughts.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about walking alongside clients throughout their healing journey—helping them grow in self-awareness, build resilience, and create meaningful transformation in their lives.
