Great to meet you!

“I feel thin, sort of stretched, like butter scraped over too much bread.” — J.R.R. Tolkien Life can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety or past experiences weigh us down. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore these feelings and build tools to help you move forward. We all carry stories about who we are and the roles we play. Sometimes these stories can hold us back or keep us stuck in unhelpful cycles. Together, we’ll look at the patterns and beliefs that are limiting you and work toward creating healthier routines and mindsets that support your well-being.

My approach to therapy

Within sessions, I’ve found CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based techniques are especially helpful for understanding the mind-body connection, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and developing a stronger, healthier relationship with yourself. I also like incorporating art and creative practices as outlets for energy and self-expression

What you can expect from me
