Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported from the very beginning. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and have worked in the counseling field since 2007, becoming fully licensed in 2020 after completing advanced graduate training. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, workplace stress, panic symptoms, and social anxiety.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma informed. I believe therapy should feel calm, supportive, and free of judgment, a place where you can slow down, process your experiences, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we focus on building self awareness, strengthening communication, and developing practical coping tools that create meaningful and lasting change.

I view therapy as a partnership. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide thoughtful guidance, professional insight, and steady support as you move toward healing, balance, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, workplace stress, panic symptoms, and social anxiety.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma informed. Together, we’ll build self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and create practical strategies for lasting change. I believe therapy is a partnership, and I am here to provide guidance, support, and encouragement as you work toward healing, balance, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and I want your first session to feel comfortable, supportive, and welcoming. Our first meeting is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. You are never expected to share everything all at once, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal during the first session is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while we begin identifying meaningful goals for our work together. You do not need to prepare anything beforehand, just come as you are.
