Great to meet you!

When anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or overwhelming life stress begin affecting your daily life, it can feel exhausting trying to manage everything on your own. I work with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and grief and loss. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, struggling with relationships, managing workplace stress, coping with major life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by persistent worry and emotional challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, attention and focus difficulties, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, loss, or depression, therapy can provide a supportive space to better understand yourself and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and develop practical tools that support lasting growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client centered, creating a supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness based interventions, and trauma informed approaches to help clients identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create sustainable change. Together, we may explore anxiety, ADHD symptoms, OCD, trauma, depression, grief, relationship challenges, workplace stress, panic symptoms, PTSD, family concerns, anger management, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your unique goals while helping you strengthen self awareness, improve relationships, increase confidence, and develop skills that support overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping skills, stronger emotional regulation, greater resilience, improved confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, grief, or significant life transitions, my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with clarity and confidence.
