At Opulence Mind Counseling and Consulting LLC, I believe people can change. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, I define my role as helping individuals or groups of people identify the loose puzzle pieces of their personal narrative that is causing very challenging and complicated issues. My clients discover ways to cope with feelings of anxiousness, guilt, insecurity, shame, regret, anger, loss, and pain that brought about brokenness.

My practice provides services to various populations. I have experience treating people in careers that are expected to deal with life threatening situations, hold leadership or management positions who are experiencing stress and burn out, and couples struggling with relationship issues. Because of my earlier career as an educator and coach, I blend my experience with helping frustrated parents and teens balance home, school, work, and family.

All my clients can find the support and guidance to regain the strength to enjoy and experience life again. My specialty is helping individuals rediscover their best qualities and inner strength that builds resilience. Clients regain a sense of hope and discover how beneficial therapy can be when they are guided and supported.
