Great to meet you!

I’m Kim Lennon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-certified trauma therapist. I work with men and women who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, or second-guessing themselves, and help them build confidence, clarity, and connection in their relationships and personal goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and flexible. We can focus on processing past trauma with EMDR, addressing current challenges, or creating structure and balance in your life, relationships, boundaries, and self-care—whatever matters most to you. I am licensed in California and Texas and currently accepting new clients for online therapy.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space to share your experiences and what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, current challenges, and any past experiences you want to address, including trauma if desired. Together, we’ll begin exploring patterns, clarifying priorities, and creating a collaborative plan for moving forward. For more information about me, you can visit my website at: www.kimlennon.com
