Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. I’ve worked across school settings, private practice, and community spaces, centering care that is culturally responsive and strengths-based. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. My work is deeply influenced by a belief that healing happens in safe, affirming relationships, and I'm honored to co-create that space with the people I support.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a mix of deep conversation, gentle challenge, and practical tools you can actually use in real life. I meet you where you are, honor all the identities you bring into the room, and hold space for the messy and the meaningful. I draw from CBT, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and always lean into what feels most supportive for you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect honesty, warmth, and a space that’s both affirming and real. We’ll laugh, reflect, get curious, and build your emotional toolkit along the way. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and more equipped to navigate life with clarity and intention, even when it’s hard.
