Great to meet you!

Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed because something important in life has changed. I work with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem struggles, and major transitions that can shake your sense of identity and stability.

That might mean losing a job, changing careers, becoming a parent to a parent, adjusting to financial changes, coping with chronic illness, or trying to make sense of a diagnosis in your own life or someone close to you. If life looks different than you expected and you are struggling to find your footing, you do not have to sort through it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is supportive, grounded, and practical. I help clients slow down the spiral, better understand their emotional patterns, and build tools for coping, stress management, confidence, and self-esteem. Together, we work on challenging negative thinking, creating more stability, and finding a way to move through change that feels manageable and real.

What you can expect from me

I will spend the first session getting to know you, in more of a holistic way, in order to be equipped to best help.
