Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Clinical Psychologist, fluent in English and Spanish. I earned my PhD from Carlos Albizu University and have extensive experience providing evidence-based and culturally sensitive therapies to children, teens, and adults. My clinical approach incorporates CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based interventions in both individual and family modalities. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, among other mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

My style is a strengths-based eclectic approach. This means that I integrate the therapeutic practices and techniques that best align with your needs while helping you recognize and build upon your own strengths. I believe this approach honors the unique experiences of each person and supports both the development of new skills and the enhancement of existing ones.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, safe, and welcoming environment. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself and to envision a space where you can openly express your thoughts, concerns, and emotions. I believe that healing begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship—and that starts with being fully present with one another.
