Great to meet you!

NOW ACCEPTING BCBS! Welcome and I am glad you have taken this step! Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions-hesitation, uncertainty, hope, & relief - and all of that is completely valid. My goal is to offer you a safe space where you can further explore those feelings without judgment.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I prefer to offer client-centered therapy in which we prioritize finding feelings of hope and relief! While we focus on what's currently happening in your life right now, we may also explore how past experiences may be influencing you and what changes you would like to make to move forward.

What you can expect from me

Think of your first session as talking to a new friend! You do not need to have the perfect words to say, just come as you are! We will discuss what brings you to me and how we can formulate goals to help you gain more feelings of hope and relief!
