Great to meet you!

I love meeting new clients where they are at and gaining understanding and perspective of their lives and life experiences. I am Psychodynamic at heart and take a full picture approach to clients areas of therapeutic focus and goals. I earned my Doctorate Degree in Clinical Forensic Psychology, and therefore I have worked with vast populations with issues related or complex trauma and interpersonal issues, etc. I love individual therapy, as well as couple's therapy and family work.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy Psychodynamically, taking a comprehensive perspective of each individual. I believe childhood experiences, as well as life experiences guide us and our relationships. By gaining insight into individual's life experience, we gain understanding of cycles that through a variety of strategies and the therapeutic relationship, we learn how to break problematic cycles.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a genuine caring and supportive therapeutic relationship where they feel heard and understood, as well as challenges to their perspectives and alternative ways of looking at things that may help them pursue changes in their lives and move forward with a healthy mentality.
