I am a compassionate and non-judgmental therapist, I warmly embrace individuals from all backgrounds, identities, ages, and ethnicities. I am a graduate of NYU, with a Master's degree in Art Therapy. I have over 18 years of experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults in NYC.
I employ a range of specialized therapies - including Brainspotting, EMDR, art therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered talk therapy. I will guide you to uncover and utilize your innate strengths to move forward at your own pace. I will individualize our therapy session to suit your needs and comfort level.
Once we figure out your comfort level and personal goals for therapy, we will decide which therapy would best suit you. EMDR, Art therapy and Brainspotting can be effective tools for individuals with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, severe mental illness, addiction, and for those experiencing creative blocks.
