Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm glad you're considering working with me. I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado, and I currently live in North Carolina. I understand that life can be challenging at times, and I’m here to help you navigate through moments of anxiety, depression, or feelings of loss.

In my practice, I go beyond traditional talk therapy by incorporating brain- and body-based therapies to help support both your mind and emotions. If you've been struggling with feelings of not being "good enough" or questioning "what’s wrong with me?", I want you to know that you're not alone in those thoughts—and that we can work through them together.

I'm committed to creating a safe, supportive space where we can work together to help you grow and find peace.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, including mindfulness, Brainspotting, Hakomi, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and grounding techniques. These modalities allow us to explore and address old patterns, reduce stress, and promote emotional stability, guiding you toward a healthier and more balanced state of well-being.

Specializing in somatic-based therapies, I have advanced training in Brainspotting and Hakomi. I believe every individual is unique, and I approach each person with this understanding, recognizing the distinct challenges and experiences they bring. I work with a broad range of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, and provide support for the LGBTQ+ and transgender communities.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions with a renewed sense of hope and a clearer vision for the future. Together, we’ll work towards helping you build a stronger foundation for emotional well-being and resilience.
