Great to meet you!

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE. During the past 25 years I have worked in a variety of treatment settings with children, adolescents and adults. I currently work at a municipal community mental health center providing short-term and long-term care to all ages for a myriad of presenting issues. Issues ranging from adjustment disorder to mood and anxiety disorders. I am continuing my work at the agency and branching out to start a small private practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to first join sessions with the goal of developing a strong therapeutic alliance. I want to hear your life story along with your hopes and dreams. Building safety and trust from the start is very important to me as a therapist. In working together, I will do my absolute best to both support and guide you to improve your overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

A client can expect to take away from sessions with me compassion for self and others along with a renewed determination to succeed in achieving identified goals.
