I am a well trained counselor with 25+ years of experience and a sincere desire to help other through challenging life situations that we all face along this journey. i have too experienced challeges and have been able to overcome many obstacles; This has prepared me to help others with clinical knowledge and expertise as well a being able to empathize with I really understand perspective.

I like to first consult to have client ask any questions that they may have and to provide clients with an overview of what clients should exprect from the counseling experience. I like to tailor treatment plans to the individuals needs as assessed in the intake process.
