Great to meet you!

Have you ever longed for someone who not only listens, but truly understands you? My approach to therapy is rooted in honoring each person’s unique perspective, story, and life circumstances. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor with seven years of dedicated experience in mental health services, specializing in trauma-informed care.

My approach to therapy

I employ a person-centered, non-judgmental approach, creating a safe and compassionate space where growth and resilience can take root. Beginning therapy can feel uncertain or overwhelming, and I want you to know you don’t have to face those unknowns alone. I am here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, compassion, and support every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

My work focuses on helping adults navigate challenges such as grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance misuse, and other life stressors. Outside of my professional work, I find solace in nature (especially the mountains), enjoy staying active, and cherish quality time with loved ones.
