Great to meet you!

I have always loved to talk! In fact, as a child, my father told me that if I didn't stop talking so much, I would run out of words! I knew I had to find a career that married my two favorite activities - talking and helping others. I love being able to help others in crisis.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate through life's most challenging times. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. I focus on empowering my clients to achieve their goals and develop strategies for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is rooted in empathy and collaboration with a strong belief that everyone can grow and overcome obstacles with the right support. My practice is client-centered and integrative, combining CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

What you can expect from me

I like to view the first sessions as a meet and greet. Just as I am going to ask questions to get to know more about you, your reasons for seeking therapy, and your goals, I hope you ask a bunch of questions about me. The therapist-client relationship is one of collaboration and respect, and you must trust me.
