Hi, I’m Kim! I am an experienced therapist and school social worker whose goal is for you to feel free to explore difficult emotions, life and mental health challenges in a safe, and judgement-free space. I bring a compassionate, validating, and empowering approach to every session. I will help you and/or your child transcend the challenges you are facing in your life. Currently, I am not taking couples clients.
I believe that every person deserves to heal, feel confident, strong, and at peace. My approach is open, honest, and empowering. It is my goal to educate clients so they feel confident in their own skills, empowered, and inspired. In our sessions, I help you find your voice, set healthy boundaries, and transform unhelpful thought patterns to help you feel free. I will hold space in a safe way for you while learning and applying new skills to be present and content in life.
We will get to know each other so you feel safe and supported. You will leave sessions feeling heard and empowered. We will process difficult thoughts and emotions in a judgement-free, calm, and peaceful environment. Clients learn new skills to navigate and then transcend life’s challenges and to bring about healing and peace.
