Great to meet you!

I believe mental health care should be practical, individualized, and focused on what is most meaningful to each person. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, sleep difficulties, grief, and challenges related to chronic health conditions. I provide both medication management and individual therapy, taking time to understand how your symptoms affect your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard and involved in decisions about your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines evidence-based treatment with a collaborative understanding of each client’s individual needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, strength-based therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients understand patterns, build practical coping strategies, and make meaningful changes. For those receiving medication management, I consider the whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms. I work collaboratively with clients to find a treatment plan that feels appropriate, realistic, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to get to know you, understand what brings you to care, and discuss the concerns you would like to address. We’ll review your mental health history, current symptoms, medications, medical background, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being. We’ll also talk about your goals and what you would like treatment to look like. From there, we can begin developing an individualized plan, whether that includes medication management, therapy, or a combination of both.
