Great to meet you!

I attended Vanguard University for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. Since 2005 I have worked with family law cases providing reunification therapy and safe haven counseling. Since 2009 I have been an approved provider to DCFS for Parenting Courses. In 2011, I wrote a book, Guide to Raising Successful Teenagers. And I currently provide an eight-hour interactive parenting workshop, helping parents build a firm foundation for their families.

My approach to therapy

I come from a strength-based counseling style where sometimes acceptance is just as powerful as change. I am here to provide a safe space for you to gain new tools, techniques, and insight necessary for you to live your best life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to gain insight and awareness to your thoughts and feelings through looking at your family origin and at behavioral patterns, all the while learning new tools and techniques to change behaviors, feelings and thoughts to align more with your desired way of living and relating to others.
