Great to meet you!

I offer compassionate, grounded, centered care. My work blends clinical expertise with a warm, accepting stye, creating a supportive, safe, nonjudgemental space for validation and change. While all are welcome, my practice is especially dedicated to supporting women through life's transitions. I support women navigating pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, pregnancy loss, infertility and reproductive trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, career changes, relationship shifts, aging, chronic illness, becoming a caregiver, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, identity, self-worth and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative and respectful of each person's unique experience. Repair and healing happen in a safe, trusting relationship where you feel heard, seen and empowered. I integrate psychodynamic therapy and trauma-informed care, attending to emotional and physical well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a gentle starting point- a chance for us to get to know each other and be sure you feel like we will be a good fit. You will be encouraged to share at your own pace. I will certainly ask some questions and will welcome you to do the same. We will review logistics and set a preliminary plan.
