Glad you are here! I am Kimberly Patlan a License Professional Counseling and graduated from Texas A&M International University. My areas of specific treatment areas are anxiety, depression, & trauma. My primary focus is to ensure the therapeutic relationship is built to help you navigate challenges.
My therapeutic approach begins by building a strong foundation on a a person-centered approach. I believe healing happens through a trusting, nonjudgmental relationship. You’ll be met with empathy, respect, and presence in every session. While building on other modalities that best for your needs. I incorporate practical, skills-based support from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you manage emotional overwhelm, build healthier relationships, and stay grounded in the present moment.
Clients can feel hear, seen, and valued without judgement. Gaining self-awareness and self-acceptance leading to deeper healing. Helping a client trust their own inner wisdom and make more authentic choices.
