Great to meet you!

I have been fascinated about human behavior and the way the mind works for the last 25 + years of my life. I started this journey of psychology and wellness to better understand the secrets on how to help build and support a healthy meaningful long life. I continue this voyage hoping to share these insights and trainings with others. Being a part of my client’s therapeutic healing journey is a great honor and privilege. I do not take lightly my role as their therapist and I’m dedicated to share as much knowledge and support to my client’s about how to cultivate one’s mental health. Beyond being a licensed Clinical Psychologist, I am also a Yoga Teacher, Master Breath Trainer, Coach, and Teacher.

My approach to therapy

The psychological approach used during your sessions will be tailored to your needs while rooted in evidence-based practices. It will be consistently supportive, interactive, intra-personally stimulating, collaborative, educational, goal oriented, transparent, culturally sensitive, open-minded, critically reflective, challenging, and sometimes even fun. As a team, we will discover your goals for therapy and the road map needed to get there. You will learn to become fully attuned to the needs of your body to attend to the needs of your mind (and vice-versa). You will learn and master how to integrate your mental health with other important pillars of one's health.

What you can expect from me

Walk away from your therapeutic experience feeling as though you have challenged yourself, expanded the framework of thinking, evolved, learned to effectively self-reflect, reach your goals, and feel confident to navigate your life in a way that aligns with your contentment, pleasure, and fulfillment.
