Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. I know how important it is to find the right person to entrust with the most vulnerable parts of yourself. I enter into the therapeutic relationship with the deepest respect for your healing process and bring over 30 years experience helping people heal from trauma, dissociation, anxiety and other life challenges.

My approach to therapy

I have a deep belief in the healing power of relationship and draw from a range of trauma-informed, somatic, depth and behavioral approaches in my work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you are hoping to achieve in therapy. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing and and can begin to be vulnerable as you build trust. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to reach your goals.
