Great to meet you!

Life’s challenges can make you feel like the walls in your home are crumbling down. If this is your story, therapy may be the next step in restoring the life that makes your house a home. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I will collaborate with you to reconstruct a life full of health, hope, and purpose.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience working in groups with veteran and their families. I've worked in a school setting helping students and their families, as Trauma/Wellness Counselor. I work intensely with couples and individuals, especially those with a history of trauma. As an LMFT I am uniquely trained to work within the context of your system to help you reach your goals and restore your mental health and well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

Fear of the unknown can be crippling. I'm here to help calm your nerves. Your first session is typically an hour long. I'll go over your initial paperwork, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, and we will have a dialog about your concerns, needs and goals. Going to therapy can be challenging but I applaud you for taking this step to make your mental health a top priority
