Because relationship is key to therapeutic progress, finding the right person to journey through these struggles with you is vital. I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and clinically licensed to practice in Colorado, California, Arizona and Illinois. In addition to my clinical practice, I hold an affiliate faculty position at Metropolitan State University of Denver and spent 36 years as a school social worker.

I work from a strengths-based, solution focused, holistic orientation. I partner with people from all different ages, stages, and backgrounds to help them work through a wide variety of life’s challenges. Much of my experience has been working with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, compassion fatigue, relationships, family issues, life stress, and challenges of parenting.

My clients describe me as kind, calm and curious, and they appreciate that I connect with them in a deeply meaningful way. I am accepting, responsive and relevant, and create space for you to learn and grow at your pace, not mine. I look forward to getting to know you and am confident I can support and empower you toward the full and joyful life you desire.
