Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kimberly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating life transitions, workplace stress, ADHD-related challenges, and identity shifts.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, stuck in self-doubt, or unsure of their next steps. You may look capable on the outside while internally feeling scattered, exhausted, or questioning yourself. Therapy with me is a grounded, affirming, and practical space where we slow things down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.

I am neurodivergent-affirming and ADHD-informed, bringing both clinical training and lived experience as a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD. I understand executive functioning challenges, workplace stress, and the process of self-acceptance later in life—not just conceptually, but personally.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), positive psychology, mindfulness-based strategies, and coaching-informed tools to help you move from insight to action. We’ll explore patterns, clarify your values, and develop practical systems that support meaningful, sustainable change.

Therapy is client-centered—you are the expert on your life. My role is to provide structure, evidence-based tools, and compassionate support as you reconnect with who you already are and build confidence in your next chapter.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where your experiences are honored and your goals matter. Together we develop clear, actionable steps that increase confidence, effectiveness, and balance.

You do not have to choose between professional growth and personal stability. My role is to help you build both – intentionally and authentically.

I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation to see if we might be a good fit.
