I have been a therapist for over 20 years and my love for the power of therapy and self-discovery grows stronger with each passing year.

Degrees: B.S. in Psychology and MSW.

Licenses: LCSW, (since 2005), and have worked with people of all ages, from many walks of life in multiple settings.

So, who am I as a therapist? Hmmm. I have been told I possess warmth, empathy, humor(?), insight and creativity.

I strive to offer an environment in which my clients feel safe to be their genuine, authentic selves. My approach is relationship based and built on trust.

My experience with attachment complements my work with individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse and neglect. The effects of family dynamics, and interpersonal dynamics of other relationships, powerfully contribute to our "internal narrative", which, in turn, often, creates the lens with which we, currently, perceive the world.

Within each of us, there is a unique, powerful, rich story that continues to develop, grow, deepen and thrive as we navigate life's journey.

My goal is for clients to feel heard. I want clients to feel free to embrace who they are, how they got here and how to navigate the present and future.
