Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name is Kimberly Robinson, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals physically, emotionally, and mentally across a variety of healthcare settings. These experiences have reinforced my belief that mental health is an essential part of overall wellness and that every individual deserves compassionate, personalized care.

I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, mood changes, life transitions, relationship challenges, and attention and focus concerns. I also enjoy helping people who are simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of daily life. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your concerns and working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based. As both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I understand the important connection between physical health and emotional well-being. I believe the best care considers the whole person, not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.

I incorporate medication management when appropriate, along with education, supportive therapy, and individualized treatment planning. I meet each client where they are and work alongside them to build the tools, insight, and support they need to improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you can share your concerns openly and at your own pace. My goal is to get to know you as a whole person, understand what brought you in, and learn more about your emotional, mental, and physical health history.

We will talk about your current challenges, your goals for care, and what kind of support may be most helpful for you. Together, we will begin creating a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs. Seeking help takes courage, and you do not have to face life's challenges alone. I am here to support you on your journey toward healing, growth, resilience, and lasting wellness.
