Great to meet you!

I am a first-generation Salvadoran American therapist, and I bring my whole self into this work—my cultural roots, my values, and a deep respect for the strength passed down through our ancestors.

My approach is rooted in honoring where you come from. I believe our cultural background, family stories, and ancestral wisdom are not just part of our history—they are powerful guides that can help us navigate today’s challenges. Whether you’re grappling with identity, family expectations, intergenerational trauma, or simply wanting to live more authentically while staying connected to your heritage, I create a space where all of you is welcome.

My approach to therapy

I work from a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based perspective. That means I don’t see you as a problem to fix—I see you as someone already carrying resilience, wisdom, and survival strategies from your lineage. Together, we’ll explore how to blend the best of your cultural heritage with the tools you need for healing, growth, and balance in your current life.

What you can expect from me

Understanding your needs: This session is an opportunity for us to explore the areas you’d like to focus on—whether that’s healing or reprocessing past experiences, addressing current stressors, or both. We’ll talk about your goals and begin to outline a path forward that honors your unique journey,
