Great to meet you!

I have always had a deep passion for working with children, teens, and their families. With nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, which I earned in 2012. Since then, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting young people through many of life’s challenges.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to connect with individuals across ages, cultures, and experiences. This connection is grounded in authenticity and relatability, which is nurtured through a strong therapeutic alliance. I believe therapy offers a safe space to explore, learn, and grow—and I strive to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and develop into their best selves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is to build trust in a safe, non-judgmental space where the client-therapist relationship can continue to grow weekly. I tend to be more person-centered, allowing clients to lead the process, while exploring their thoughts and feelings in a supportive manner. Together, we will create a treatment plan to help meet specific goals, which we will address and alter along the way.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients working with me can expect a warm, supportive environment where they feel heard and empowered. I take an individualized approach, meeting each client where they are while helping them develop practical tools and deeper insight to navigate life more confidently and meaningfully.
