My approach to therapy

My approach to patient care is centered on treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I believe that every patient is unique, and effective healthcare begins with truly understanding each individual’s story, concerns, goals, and personal definition of wellness.

With a foundation in critical care nursing and advanced practice as a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I combine evidence-based medicine with a compassionate, personalized approach. My experience caring for patients in a Regional Trauma Center ICU has shaped my commitment to providing thoughtful, attentive care during both times of crisis and times of transformation.

I believe optimal health is achieved by addressing the connections between physical health, mental well-being, lifestyle, and emotional balance. Whether helping patients manage complex medical concerns, improve mental wellness, optimize hormones, or enhance confidence through aesthetic treatments, my goal is to partner with each patient through education, collaboration, and individualized care plans.

My philosophy is that healthcare should be proactive, empowering, and centered around the individual—not just the diagnosis. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, valued, and confident in their journey toward achieving balance, vitality, and their best quality of life.

What you can expect from me

After your first visit, you can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of your health, personalized recommendations, and a plan designed around your individual goals. My approach is centered on listening first—taking the time to understand your medical history, lifestyle, concerns, and what you hope to achieve.

Together, we will identify the factors that may be affecting your overall well-being and create a comprehensive plan that supports your physical health, mental wellness, and quality of life. This may include recommendations for medical management, lifestyle modifications, laboratory evaluation, hormone optimization, aesthetic treatments, or mental health support, depending on your unique needs.

You can expect a collaborative partnership built on education, trust, and open communication. My goal is for you to feel informed, empowered, and supported—not simply treated for symptoms, but cared for as a whole person.

Following your visit, you will have a clear path forward with individualized next steps and ongoing support as we work together toward balance, confidence, and optimal wellness.
