I am a seasoned provider with over 35 years of professional experience. Those years have allowed me to meet and assist a wide variety of patients to navigate challenges which arise in their lives. All lives experience challenges at times. With empowering and solution focused therapy, I strive to assist you to build skills, release stressors and/or trauma, and live the life you want.
I recognize clients are capable of finding meaningful purpose and joy in their lives. I meet clients where they are, explore their expectations of therapy, and assist them through the process. Support, empowerment, and respect are foundations I apply, then combining these with evidence-based techniques such as CBT and Brief-Solution Focused Therapy.
My clients take away the knowledge they are heard in their individual struggle and encouraged that they can address these challenges. They are provided the techniques to implement in their lives between sessions, after examples and practicing these as needed in session.
