Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Texas and N. Carolina and have over 25+ years of professional work experience in multiple settings. My clinical work experience includes 15+ years working with people challenged with depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, lack of motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I am a Mexican American bicultural and bilingual therapist able to serve children, teens, seniors and any age group in between. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming barriers that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey and develop a strengths-based foundation toward wellness.
