Great to meet you!

With over 30 years in the mental health field, I bring a deep understanding of the therapeutic process and a strong commitment to helping people thrive. I have served as a therapist, clinical supervisor, clinical director, and adjunct professor in settings such as group homes, outpatient clinics, mental health centers, schools, and now private practice. I especially enjoy working with clients who are open to growth, even when it feels challenging.

My approach to therapy

I am drawn to people who want to better understand themselves and are ready to work together to make real, lasting change. I value honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to be open and engaged in therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Mindfulness. Licensed as an LPC in Colorado and an LMHC in Florida, I offer care that is compassionate, present focused, and future oriented.

What you can expect from me

I believe a strong, trusting relationship is key to meaningful progress. In our first session, you can expect a warm, judgment free conversation where we explore what brings you in, clarify your goals, review relevant history, and identify practical next steps. I also consider the bigger picture of well being, including sleep, nutrition, movement, joy, and relationships, so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
