With over 20 years of experience, I have worked in numerous mental health settings.

I provide counseling to adults struggling with a variety of mental health issues, and will help you acquire skills necessary in coping with life's challenges. My holistic approach, includes CBT, mindfulness techniques, solution-focused, and person-centered therapy, with elements of spirituality.
