My approach to therapy

I utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring everyone’s biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. I provide an individualized counseling approach to meet the client’s needs. I also assist clients with developing healthier lifestyle changes through various clinical interventions, which are person-centered and focused on improving their decision-making skills with the goal of achieving positive life choices.

What you can expect from me

One can say that helping people is in my genes. Growing up with a mother who is a nurse, I watched her selflessly care for others with tremendous kindness and compassion. These traits were naturally passed onto me. At an early age, I volunteered at a local nursing home and at my church. As I matured, I found a passion for helping children and families. Advocating for children who are not able to always speak or advocate for themselves is extremely important to me.
