Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, struggling to manage your emotions, or finding it difficult to move forward after painful experiences? Maybe ADHD, trauma, anxiety, or depression is making it harder to enjoy life the way you want. I help adults facing these challenges, including those experiencing suicidal thoughts or navigating difficult life transitions. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My own life experiences have shaped the perspective I bring to therapy, and I believe meaningful change is possible at every stage of life. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more confident, capable, and in control of your future.

My approach to therapy

During our sessions, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you recognize unhelpful thought patterns, understand how your thoughts influence your feelings and behaviors, and develop healthier ways to respond to life's challenges. Together, we'll practice practical coping strategies, work through difficult emotions, and identify steps you can take to make positive changes in your daily life. I take a collaborative approach, making sure our sessions reflect your individual needs and goals. With over three years of clinical experience and specialized training in ADHD, trauma, and suicidal ideation, I bring the knowledge and experience needed to support you through a variety of mental health challenges.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will follow a relaxed, conversational format focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will begin by discussing your current concerns, personal history, and what you hope to accomplish through counseling. I'll ask questions to better understand your needs, explain how therapy works, and collaborate with you on initial goals and next steps. You decide what you feel comfortable sharing, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling heard, comfortable, and clear about what working together can look like.
