Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kimberly! I’m here to help you build deeper connections with yourself and others. Life’s challenges—whether relational struggles or growth barriers—don’t have to be faced alone. With over 10 years of trauma-informed care, I’ve supported individuals whose behaviors didn’t align with their true selves. My focus has been on helping create safer, more meaningful relationships, especially in the area of high conflict and abuse. I’d be honored to support you on your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe our thoughts shape our emotions and behaviors in powerful ways. Together, we’ll explore the messages you tell yourself and how they affect your relationships and well-being. My approach is collaborative, and we’ll take each step toward self-compassion, self-discovery, and healing side by side.

What you can expect from me

Working with me, you can expect a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where we’ll explore and address any unhealthy patterns in your thoughts and behaviors. Together, we’ll work to strengthen your mental health and help you feel more at ease each day. My goal is to support you in disrupting negative thinking and behavior patterns, creating a foundation for healing, growth, and lasting change.
