Great to meet you!

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Connecticut who believes getting the right mental health support should feel accessible and judgment free. After building a solid foundation in outpatient care, I've launched my own telehealth practice dedicated to personalized, attentive treatment. I work with people facing anxiety, depression, and PTSD, meeting each person where they are and creating a plan that fits their real life. My goal is simple: to help you feel heard, supported, and genuinely better.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, direct approach that puts you at the center of your own care. I ask questions, I listen closely, and I work with you to find solutions that feel right for you. I believe in being honest about what to expect and showing up fully in every session.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you. I'll ask about what's bringing you in, your history, and what you're hoping to change. There's no pressure and no judgment. By the end, we'll have a clear sense of next steps and you'll know exactly what working together will look like.
