Great to meet you!

I'm a dual-certified nurse practitioner in the fields of family practice and psychiatric mental health. I have over 20 years experience in the healthcare field with the last 8 years in the mental health arena. I earned my Master's of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M Univesity and Post-Master's Certificate from Liberty University. I have experience in treating those with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar, and schizophrenia.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting patients where they are in their mental health journey. My approach is individualized, honest, and nonjudgmental. My goal is to manage your mental health needs so you can live a life of quality. The care provided is based on scientific evidence with appropriate medication management and therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing.

Kim's Golden Rule: I believe in treating patients as I or would like my family to be treated.

What you can expect from me

Our first visit will consists of me asking lots of questions, you sharing concerns and goals, and us working together to meet your needs. Our follow-up visits will track your progress and make adjustments when needed. I will challenge you to become the best version of YOU because Honest Health = Mental Wealth.
