Great to meet you!

Compassionate Support for Life’s Challenges

Life can present challenges that feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Having a caring, objective professional by your side can provide the support, guidance, and perspective needed during periods of stress, change, or uncertainty.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I provide evidence-based counseling services for adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Florida. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.

I help clients address a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and emotional difficulties. With experience working with children, college students, and adults from diverse backgrounds, I am committed to helping individuals and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and improve overall well-being.

Whether you are facing a difficult life situation or seeking positive changes in your life, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create a path toward healing, hope, and lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels personal, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences. No two people face the same challenges, which is why I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to create a treatment plan that aligns with your individual needs and goals.

My priority is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, sharing openly, and exploring the changes you want to make. I strive to foster a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward greater well-being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Beginning Your Therapy Journey

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it's natural to have questions about what to expect. During our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood.

I view therapy as a team effort. Together, we'll explore patterns, identify strengths, and develop personalized tools and strategies to help you manage life's challenges more effectively. As therapy progresses, we'll build on these skills and insights so that you leave with practical resources you can use long after our sessions end.

Occasionally, I may suggest exercises or reflections between sessions to help deepen your growth and support the work we are doing together.
