Great to meet you!

I have been in the field of counseling for over a decade, receiving my masters degree from Grand Canyon University and completing my licensing in Professional Counseling in 2018. I have been doing individual and couple's counseling in a private practice setting since 2021. Previously working in different agencies dealing with substance abuse, trauma, and a broad range of significant mental health disorders.

My biggest advice to anyone is that you need to "click" with your therapist, maybe I could be the one for you and if not I will give you all the resources to find a therapist you can "click" with.

My approach to therapy

I provide a space to come as you are and when you need it. I believe that everyone can meet their goals with guidance and that is why I am able to do brief interventions or deal with chronic issues that you may have been facing for years. The beginning of everything is the first step and I'd love to join you there. I bring a relaxed style to therapy with techniques to manage symptoms, a sounding board for problems and empowerment to gain strength to accomplish all the things in your life.

What you can expect from me

My number one goal is that each person walks away from therapy feeling a better sense of self, addressing the things that we may hide from, and bring forth peace for all areas of your life. My commitment is to create the environment that allows you to be who you are and provide the safety to explore life's challenges.
