Great to meet you!

I'm a BIPoc therapist who specializes in working with Children/ Teens/ Young Adults/ Families, Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, Giftedness, Learning Disorders), and LGBTQIA+ identified or questioning. I understand that it can be difficult to navigate marginalization and the impact of intergenerational experiences.

My approach to therapy

Each individual is unique and I value the flexibility in using methods that are tailored to the individual. My eclectic approach pulls from a client-centered, relational, affirming, strengths-based place. Trauma-informed treatment techniques from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Family Systems, Attachment, Psychodymic, Play-Based, and Recreational Therapies can be used to meet your needs.

What you can expect from me
