Great to meet you!

I fell in love with Social Work during a global childrens’ health course in undergrad and the rest is history. I’ve worked in many professional settings including child welfare, managing group homes for individuals with disabilities, early intervention, care management in a domestic violence survivor program, social worker in an emergency department and as a mental health technician, therapist and Assistant Clinical Director in a psychiatric hospital. My diverse background makes me a holistic provider.

My approach to therapy

My primary values are integrity, courage, wisdom, serenity, service, resourcefulness, connection and family. I am proud to be on my own beautiful path applying these everyday. I’ve found that when our values are blurry or out of alignment, life can seem ‘just off’. It is a great privilege to provide a space for people to identify or rediscover the parts of them that matter most. My practice is shaped by my belief that being real is better than being perfect.

What you can expect from me

While my credentials make me a therapist, I prefer to think of myself as another human being lucky to join people on their journey. You can expect empathy, dedication, use of sense of humor, and for me to creatively tailor your experience to best serve you. If you do not see a session time that works for you, please send me a message here on Headway and I will check my calendar closer for other available times.
