I specialize in treating adults with anxiety disorders, trauma and stress related disorders and perinatal mood disorders. My approach is client centered, trauma informed and evidenced based, drawing from modalities such as EMDR, CBT, somatic experiencing and mindfulness based practices. My goal is to empower my clients by helping them regain a healthy sense of self worth, improve relationships and develop a greater sense of hope and purpose in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have over 12 years of experience treating adults who are experiencing anxiety and trauma related symptoms. Therapy sessions will provide a safe and supportive space to explore past experiences, process through emotions, improve the mind-body connection and develop coping skills that can be utilized outside of sessions. Another passion of mine is treating perinatal mood disorders and supporting parents through this complex time period.
