Great to meet you!

I enjoy working with teens and adults who are experiencing life’s challenges having to do with grief and loss issues, changes in relationship, divorce, loss of a loved one, loss of employment, and loss of a significant relationship. I want to help you work through life's challenges, as I believe no one should walk alone, especially when life gets tough.

My approach to therapy

I am a strong believer in solution focused counseling and reality therapy. I have worked in the mental health profession for more than 20 years. I believe therapy is a good place to address challenges and to identify outcomes both positive and negative for decision making. Therapy is a good place to develop life goals and a plan to achieve those goals. I am here to do this with you!

What you can expect from me

I am honest and direct, while also encouraging and empathetic. You can leave therapy feeling like you have more direction and feeling empowered to make the changes you are hoping to see. I will work with you to create goals for working through the challenges you face.
