Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I help individuals, couples, teens, women in midlife, and LGBTQIA clients navigate trauma, church trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions with compassion and practical support. My approach is collaborative, honest, and focused on helping you create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and free from judgment. I work with individuals, couples, teens, women navigating menopause and midlife, and LGBTQIA clients facing challenges such as trauma, church trauma, relationship concerns, anxiety, and life transitions. Together, we explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe healing happens through honest connection, self-compassion, and learning new ways to navigate life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, relaxed, and judgment-free environment where they can share their story at their own pace. During our first session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your current challenges, and identify your goals for our work together. My focus is on getting to know you as a whole person, not just the problems you're facing. By the end of the session, you'll have a better sense of how I work and a clearer understanding of the next steps toward healing and growth.
