Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kimberly Watts, LPC. With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in helping high-achieving women—particularly Black women and mothers—manage anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the deep impact of generational and mother-daughter wounds.

You may appear to “have it all together,” yet feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. You may be carrying the weight of expectations, perfectionism, or an unspoken need to always be strong. I provide a compassionate and culturally affirming space to process these complex emotions and reconnect with the most important person in your life—you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate mindfulness, meditation, movement, and lifestyle practices like nutrition and exercise to support your overall well-being.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a supportive space where you can be heard without judgment, reconnect with yourself, and find clarity and confidence in your next steps. Let’s work together to align your values and prioritize your healing. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore how I can best support your needs.
